Asmir was extremely helpful at the Lombard store. He has a lot of experience with AT&T products and helped us navigate the transition from Uverse to streaming -answering all our questions. It was refreshing to have someone so knowledgeable to talk to!!!!
I contacted AT&T customer service chat to fix one device to only have them mess us two devices and after three hours of frustration with customer service I decided to go to the AT&T store in Yorktown and thank god I did! Asmir was able to fix both of my devices in 10 minutes, whereas customer service couldn’t fix what they did in three hours. He gave five star customer service and has made a forever customer!
The sales associate told me to go online and that he didn't have the phone in stock to exchange it for me before asking what phone I was looking for. I went there twice and the first time I went he had the door locked. Terrible customer service.
Asmir was amazing. I don’t think I have ever walked out of a AT&T more satisfied. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I was stressed over the issue with my account for weeks. So glad that I stopped in today, and I won’t be going to any other location other than Yorktown in the future. Great employees and management.
Cynthia, at the Yorktown location is awesome! She is for the customer and does her job very well!! She helped me choose a product and when that product didn't work out for me, She made sure I walked out a happy customer. She even stayed late to help out an elderly customer who came in as the doors were being locked do to closing. She's amazing!!
